Roger Harris & Co joins Greystone

Leading UK adviser acquires top Midlands-based wealth manager. Deal facilitated by Focus Financial Partners

NEW YORK, NY (JULY 11, 2008) – Greystone Financial Services, Ltd, the UK partner of the first global network of independent wealth management firms—Focus Financial Partners, LLC—today announces the acquisition of Roger Harris & Co. Founded in 1989, Leicestershire-based Roger Harris & Co has a client base of about 140 investors and looks after client assets of approximately US$140 million.
